No support team, no ticketing system. I’ll get back to you as quickly as I can, usually within 24 hours on weekdays.
A few things worth knowing before you write:
- Tips and selections — the Daily Dial goes where the value is, not where the card is biggest. If you’d like a full racecard breakdown on a specific meeting, get in touch.
- Results and P&L — everything’s logged publicly on the Results page. If something looks wrong, flag it.
- Corrections — if a price, booking, or form detail is wrong in a post, I want to know. Those things matter.
