Formdial Ledger — Terms & Refunds

The service

The Formdial Ledger is a personal bet-recording and analysis tool provided by formdial.com. It gives you a private, blank copy of the Formdial Explorer engine to log, settle and analyse your own betting. It is a record-keeping tool only: it places no bets, handles no betting funds and provides no tips or betting advice. You must be 18 or over to subscribe.

Plans, trial and billing

The Ledger is £29.99 per year. This price stays locked in for as long as your subscription remains active. You provide card details at signup; your first payment is taken automatically when the trial ends, and your subscription then renews automatically each year until you cancel. All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Payments are processed securely by Stripe — formdial.com never sees or stores your card number.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from My Account → Subscriptions. Cancelling after a payment stops all future charges and you keep your access until the end of the time you have already paid for. If you would rather have the unused time refunded instead, email us and we will refund it pro-rata.

Your cancellation rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from purchase to cancel a subscription. Because the Ledger gives you access immediately, you are asked at checkout to consent to the service starting during this 14-day period. If you cancel within 14 days of a payment you will be refunded, less a pro-rata amount for the time you have used.

Refunds

Within 14 days of any payment you can have a pro-rata refund on request. Beyond that, refunds for unused time are at our discretion (for example after an extended outage) — just ask. None of this affects your statutory rights. To request a refund, email [email protected].

Your data

Your ledger is private to your account. What we store and how to export or erase it is covered in our Privacy Policy.

Fair use

One subscription covers one person’s own betting record. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service (for example automated scraping or attempting to access other members’ data), with a pro-rata refund of any unused time.
