The Trackside Companion is a made-to-order raceday programme: you tell us the course and the date, and we write you a complete, race-by-race companion to that day’s card. Not a generic guide — a briefing for your meeting, built the Formdial way: the reasoning shown, and the track’s own numbers underneath every call.
What’s inside
- Every race on the card, broken down — the likely shape and pace, the draw where it matters at that trip, the horses that count and why, and a clearly-marked view on each race
- The full track briefing — how the course rides, draw bias by distance with strength ratings, the trainers and jockeys with the strongest records there, and the betting angles that pay at the track, straight from the Formdial racecourse guides
- A raceday crib — the day’s angles at a glance, for the walk between the paddock and the ring
How ordering works
Choose your course and date on this page — at least seven days ahead. Your Companion is written once the final declarations are in, so it covers the real card, not a guess at one, and lands in your inbox as an A4 PDF by the evening before racing. Print it or keep it on your phone.
If it turns out there’s no meeting at your course on your date, we’ll email you straight away to switch it or refund in full.
The honest bit
This is a tip sheet with its homework shown. Our own record — every published bet, win or lose — is open on the results page, and the course numbers in your Companion come from the same racecourse guides anyone can read for free. No selection is guaranteed to win; the value is in the reasoning you take to the track.
